Melbourne, February 14.
A message received yesterday from the Premier of Natal states that the steamer Wakefield will not be able to leave Durban to begin the second search for the Waratah for at least another week.
Much indignation is felt in relation to the delay as it was distinctly stipulated that the search was to commence not later than January 13.
