Acquired by this company April 1869. 1880 owned Nipper & See, Sydney who ran her in competition with Adelaide Steamship Co. December 1881 saw Adelaide Steamship Co buy her outright and she was later renamed ALBANY after extensive rebuild during early 1886. Her dimensions became 231'3" x 28'4" x 16'5" with gross tonnage to 878. Lengthened, given straight stem, rig reduced from three masts to two. Serviced for many years Fremantle - Wyndham, later servicing Melbourne - Fremantle. Age, newer vessels saw her reduced to cargo only capacity. Chartered to Australasian United S N Co (AUSN) for their East Coast trade Queensland - Sydney until wrecked off Nambucca Heads New South Wales on 28 March 1905.
