LONDON, Tuesday.
At the inquest on the body of Mrs Crippen, Dr Marshall, the police surgeon, gave evidence that he was unable at present to swear that the remains were those of a female, though he thought so. The murderer had endeavoured to obliterate all traces of sex, but some of the organs, such as the heart, were wonderfully preserved. Whoever dissected the body took a considerable time over it, inasmuch as it must have been a long and deliberate process.
