Antony Pedro sworn saith, Am a fisherman at Broome. Remember time man die along creek. About one week before that I go Carpio's house early morning, put fish in kitchen & go out. There I see Simeon (accused) in the room making a sling-shot. I tell him "You no do that by & by. Police catch you put you gaol." He no answer. I go away.
