I have nothing to add to what I said yesterday. That's all I know.

BY POLICE:

When I went to Jap gambling house it was about 10.30. or over; I don't remember time proper. Was not long there I never play, sat near Storres. Only saw Storres some Japs and Chinese. There were about 7 persons there. Storres and I left together. left others there walked with Storres as far as Fabian's Billiard Room. I left him crossed road and went thro' Juvanis Billiard Room. Room was open. Went thro to change my clothes. Have often gone out in pyjams late at night to get supper. That Wednesday I wear kakie trousers and black coat. After finish macaroni I go straight home and to San Juan's. Did not go barber's shop. I played at San Juan's, Murakami banker. Never had no door key that night at San Juan's. I had a key at San Juan's not at macaroni shop, thought you said at Macaroni shop. If I see my Mrs out I lock my door. That night three women atop upstairs. When Lucas found the bag etc I told him put another house and report to Police. Lucas says better bring policeman first before you take things away. I had them in the kerosene tin. I said Alright and he went for meat. I go station. When I come back I see him in Carpio's kitchen. I never say in front of shop to Lucas "more better we throw those things away" After I had been station and was back at Carpio's Lucas say if you don't report I will. He think I no report When I put in kerosene tin he was near me. Lucas stay my shop over three months I think. I don't often call him perhaps not once in month. I saw butcher's shop open thats why I go Lucas see if got money. He go every morning nearly for meat. Don't remember time I got home but it was about 1.30 a.m. Lucas go too. All go no one play any more. No tell anyone to say if police ask where I was Wed to say I come 9 p.m. and stay all night. I know Tue Tan. I don't remember if he was at gambling house that night. Never saw Liebglid after I saw him outside Billiard Room about 9 p.m. That day or night (Wednesday) I never go to Barbers shop at all On Friday had conversation with Mrs. Gonzales. Did not tell I slept her place Wednesday. I was trying to get passage, had an order for a passage from E. W. Lepoinneur (produced) Never call deceased to come beach on the Monday. Race time I borrowed £30 from him on my jewellery. I borrowed money and repaid him Never bought anything from deceased. Carpio gave him an order for things.

BY CORONER:

The sleeve links in box made me think it all belong store. The bathroom was not in use. The key was a long key not anything tied to it. The one I had on Wednesday night.

BY JURY:

Did not see clock at Jap gambling place, did not see Hagen there. When I went home to change saw Porto Rico and two Water Supply men. Did not see Hagen at Coffee Shop. Did not see Hagen at Weld Club Hotel or that end of town had no appointment with him. Charlie came along after me to barber's and ask me to have a drink. I saw no crew on verandah of Billiard Room Lucas was with me when Lucas came in I spoke in Manila. On Friday night Hagen Neal and I go Neals place have drink he Hagen did not tell me to stick to one story or I should get him and myself in trouble.
